 Vincent C. Cataldo
VP – Global Account Management
Experience:Vincent C. Cataldo has a
wealth of experience in both the legal and litigation management
arenas. As a practicing attorney, Vince has handled matters in the
areas of civil litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial
transactions in the United States federal and state court systems.
He also has over 10 years experience as a litigation consultant
working with major insurance groups and private corporations. Vince
has implemented numerous case management programs that apply creative solutions to meet current industry needs. His efforts have
enabled clients to identify critical case management metrics that
significantly impact efficiency and cost control. Vince strongly
believes that listening, flexibility, and anticipating change are
qualities that are at the core of successful client service. As a
provider of client services, Vince knows that availability is
necessary in a global economy.
Vince received his B.S. in Business Psychology from Albright College
and J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law. He is a
member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Vince, his wife Chase, and son Trey reside in the Philadelphia
metropolitan area.

 Sharon Drew
Account Manager
Asia Pacific
Sharon graduated BA, LLB from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia in 1990. She has worked mainly in private practice, focussing on insurance litigation in small and medium sized firms; in 1998 Sharon reached partnership level and also attained specialist accreditation in personal injury litigation. She has also been appointed an arbitrator in the District Court of NSW, and has established a successful legal costing business including working as a costs consultant to the Law Society of NSW. Sharon believes that Legal Solutions Group’s techonology aids in establishing fairness in the legal costing process, resulting in true value for money for clients and justly rewarding efficiency and expertise of legal firms.
Sharon has 3 children aged 8, 5 and 7 months. She enjoys tennis, crafts and travelling 4WD around Australia. Flexibility and being open to new perspectives are of key importance in most areas of her life.

Gopi Krishnan
Legal
Account Manager
Gopi
has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Kerala,
India and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Mysore,
India. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Human Resources
Management from Indhira Ghandi Open University.
After enrolling as an Advocate in 1991, Gopi began practice in the
High Court of Kerala and appeared in various Insurance Claim Appeals.
His experience includes work for Saudi Aramco and in other major
corporations on the United Arab Emitates for 10 years. Gopi has experience in
various fields including Administration & Personnel.
