Case/Matter: Law Firm (and/or non-legal supplier) Selection and Assignment:

Law firm and non-legal vendor selection and assignment is an integral part of efficient case management protocols in any law department, insurance/tpa claims or risk management operation.

Which firm or Vendor to Select?

The Advocator System® provides a fully-featured utility for selecting the most appropriate professional resources needed to support the case/matter at hand. Each of your law firms and non-legal services providers are preloaded into the database and ready for the assigning user's selection.

The law firm or non-legal vendor assignment process includes sorting and filters based on key criterion such as location, jurisdiction, core competencies and key practice areas. Performance Scorecards may also be reviewed prior to selection and assignment, to ensure the best possible choices are being made at this critical time in the life of the case/matter. Along with the law firm, the lead lawyer may be selected at this point in the process; this ensures that the supervising professional is fully involved in the initial assessment and management of the case/matter from the outset.
