Over the past 5-10 years, we have
been involved in some major change projects within the UK general
and London insurance markets. Our work has included managing
significant change and transition projects, through to the development,
implementation and operation of web-based litigation planning
tools, for an expanding customer-base.
There has been a substantial amount of consolidation in the
UK GI and London markets and this has brought about a heightened
awareness of the need to more effectively manage change.
Claims management in particular is an area where a great deal
of attention is currently being focused. Typically viewed as
the lesser cousin to underwriting, improved claims management
is now at the forefront of senior management's thinking.
