Experience:  Philip is a business consultant and software professional with diverse experience in commercial organisations and Local Government over twenty five years. 

His experience encompasses business analysis and IT system design and implementation in fields as varied as public broadcasting, car manufacture, insurance and finance.

He is highly experienced in planning and providing training for clients at all levels: technical to administrative, clerical to senior managers.

Philosophy:  Listen to the client - provide excellent solutions.

Philip has two teenage children and lives near Henley-on-Thames in the U.K. Interests include running, travel and meeting people.

Experience: Vincent C. Cataldo has a wealth of experience in both the legal and litigation management arenas.  As a practicing attorney, Vince has handled matters in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions in the United States federal and state court systems.  He also has over 10 years experience as a litigation consultant working with major insurance groups and private corporations.  Vince has implemented numerous case management programs that apply creative solutions to meet current industry needs.  His efforts have enabled clients to identify critical case management metrics that significantly impact efficiency and cost control. Vince strongly believes that listening, flexibility, and anticipating change are qualities that are at the core of successful client service. As a provider of client services, Vince knows that availability is necessary in a global economy.

Vince received his B.S. in Business Psychology from Albright College and J.D. degree from the Widener University School of Law.  He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Vince, his wife Chase, and son Trey reside in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
