Experience: As our Chief Executive, Gary has over 20 years consulting and technology experience, in and around the financial services industry. Over the past 15 years in particular he’s been involved directly in the specialized field of litigation planning and performance measurement for major corporations and well-known insurance carriers.
Gary achieved his Masters in Project Management (majoring in Corporate Strategy) from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh and was Managing Director of Litigation Management for a leading consulting and technology organization for nearly 5 years, before founding Legal Solutions Group.
Effectively managing change is a key factor in Gary's philosophy towards delivering improved results for clients.
Philosophy: "Be open to change and embrace it, as it is inevitable"
He is married, with 2 children, and lives in Manhattan, NYC.
Gary’s interests are scuba-diving, travel, DIY and IT development.
Lord Mackenzie of Framwellgate OBE
Government Consultant

Experience: A trained lawyer (LLB Hons) and police officer for 35 years, he has served as an urban, rural beat, CID, and training officer. Having graduated in law with honors from London University, Lord Mackenzie is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia.
Philosophy: "Government can learn much from studying the corporate world"
Primary focus: Solutions for Government to better manage professional services providers, in the legal arena.
Philip Knight
Development Director

Experience: Philip is a business consultant and I.T. professional with over twenty-five years experience in commercial corporations and Local Government.
His background encompasses business analysis and IT system design, management and implementation in fields as varied as public broadcasting, car manufacture, insurance and finance. He is well experienced in planning and providing training for clients at all levels: senior executives to clerical, technical to administrative.
Philip has two children and lives near Henley-on-Thames in the U.K.
Interests include running, travel and meeting people.
Andre L Wouansi
Operations Director
Legal Solutions Group
Experience: Andre joined Legal Solutions Group in 2005 as financial controller and until recently was the group VP of Finance, before being promoted to Operations Director. During his tenure at LSG, he has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the business in the UK, US and India. He was instrumental in helping to launch its offshore operation in the South West of India.
Andre is an international corporate tax advisor with nearly a decade of experience and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technician and the Association of Taxation Technician. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
He has worked for leading provincial tax advisory organizations and has gained significant experience across a broad range of financial and operational disciplines, including business start-ups, corporate reorganization, and executive planning.
Andre enjoys reading, music, football and running. Until recently he was a 400m sprinter for Reading Athletic Club.
