Rich graduated from MO State University in Springfield, MO. He has worked with the Property and Casualty Industry for 25 years as a consultant, sales executive and national and large account manager. He is a Fellow of the Council on Litigation Management and a retired Captain in the US Army Reserves.

He was part of the evolution of Litigation Management and Legal Bill Audit, and has worked with many of the carriers and third party administrators. He believes the real value of a litigation management process lies in using the data to manage both expenses and indemnity results. Collaboration among the insurance industry and law firms and the litigation management vendors is an essential ingredient to the success of all parties.

Rich is married and has five grown daughters. He enjoys activities with grandchildren, family and a weekly round of golf in season.
