Resolute Systems, LLC provides mediation, arbitration, ADR training, and consulting services throughout North America. Established in 1988, Resolute maintains a panel of over 2,800 mediators and arbitrators who resolve thousands of disputes annually. Resolute's programs are designed to help its clients save time, money and resources through the fair and expedient resolution of civil disputes.

Second Chair Software has developed and implemented video streaming technologies for use in providing visual deposition content, directly to the desktop of the insurance carriers' claims staff.
